Pop-Rockband Backdoor Connection, well known band from Southern Germany, will be on stage for two live acts in Izmir on March 25th and 26th.
First event will be because of Women Festival organised by the local council of Konak in cooperation with Goethe Institut. In cooperation with Camlaralti College and Goethe Institut from Izmir, the team of “alaturka” proudly presents well known band Backdoor Connection at this cultural special highlight for the first time in Turkey.
Camlaralti College, one of the most well known private colleges in the area because of their international student exchange programs, is much more than just a school in cultural aspects. Quite often there are musical events or theatre plays on stage in their auditorium. The night with Backdoor Connection is another possibility to represent the college and its activities. Goethe Institut will promote their yearly program of activities as well as they will introduce their class programs of German language training and cultural exchange programs. Some book authors will use the opportunity to present their books as well there will be latest version of “Alaturka Journal” presented.
Starting at 7.00 pm with opening cocktail and short introduction by the vice president of Camlaralti College, Mr. Bentürk Dirikal, live act will start at 8.30 pm.
