They are very professional and skilled and really want to help. But because there are no official training schemes, their way of working is mostly based on old traditional knowledge.
However, some modern firms have now settled over here. They show it is possible to work with modern technology and to use modern tools and equipment. It is getting easier for them as more foreign materials and tools are becoming available over here.
