All in CARAVANING is embarking on a dynamic new beginning

All in CARAVANING (AIC) 2025 will take place from May 9 to 11, 2025, at the Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center in Beijing.

The trade fair is considered one of the most important annual events for the camping and caravanning industry in China. The Chinese caravanning market has developed well in recent years and certainly has further growth potential in the future, making the AIC in Beijing an exciting venue for international brands and companies (Picture from: ©Messe Düsseldorf).

All in CARAVANING - A modern trade fair format in a market with future potential

Under the motto "Discover Your Possibilities," the AIC 2025 will take place on an area of 27,000 square meters. Over 110 exhibitors of Caravaning are expected, as are numerous caravanning enthusiasts from China and many Asian countries who want to experience camping life and the world of mobile travel and explore business opportunities.

To better implement some innovative ideas, the AIC will be held for the first time in the brand-new Shougang Convention & Exhibition Center. The modern, forward-looking exhibition center and exhibition center are the ideal starting point for the trade fair's successful further development with modern formats and will offer exhibitors and visitors a better experience. The new date in May also coincides with Beijing's most pleasant travel time, perfectly setting all visitors up for the peak caravanning season.

The supporting program of Caravaning, with a variety of activities for the whole family, has been expanded once again. Visitors can look forward to a wealth of hands-on activities, games, and fun, including an outdoor culture festival, exciting presentations in the AIC Lab, the Caravaning World, a motorhome food market, and a fan meet-up with well-known faces from the scene. "We want to put the caravanning experience even more in the spotlight and demonstrate how emotional and special this type of travel is. This lifestyle concept plays a particularly important role for Chinese families. In this way, we create the perfect blend of a classic trade fair and an entertaining family experience," explains Stefan Koschke, Global Head of Caravanning & Outdoor.

All in CARAVANING is more than just a trade fair – it is also a meeting place for inspiration and cultural exchange. In addition to the exhibition, there are a variety of specialist forums, technical workshops, and cultural events that offer real added value to visitors and experts alike.

The trade fair serves as an international industry meeting place for the Chinese market and offers a platform for exchange between representatives from politics, business, and associations. International experts from the caravanning and tourism sectors will convene in Beijing to discuss current developments and challenges facing the industry at accompanying specialist conferences.
