Station 41. Zugligeti Niche Kemping near Budapest

Close to the city center of Budapest and not far from the historical castle mountain, you can enjoy nature as a camper in a green environment. From here you can easily reach the city center with all its sights by public transport. The thermal baths are also easy to reach. A minimarket is nearby.

The site of the Zugligeti Niche Kemping campsite is located on a historic tram station, the terminus of a line formerly used by the citizens of Budapest as a journey into the green. Today, the former station building is modernized as a restaurant and historical monument.

From the M1, M7 motorway, take exit 14 towards Törökbálint / Budakeszi. Coming from the other direction, take the same exit for Budakeszi at the fork (M0, M7). Drive through Budakeszi and reach the campsite at the following coordinates: GPS: N 47 ° 30 '59.1 "E 18 ° 58' 26.4"

We provide you with fluent warm water at no extra charge. There is a disabled shower and washing machines for your laundry, garbage and gray water disposal for campers and caravans. Our guests can start their day with a free breakfast. Main meals can be ordered at any time. Our cafe also offers Hungarian dishes, donuts, langos, etc. In the picture you can see our breakfast bufett, served on demand of customers.

Next to the beautiful surroundings is the convenient connection to public transport: At a distance of 150 meters the 102 bus, a bit further the 22er, which one goes to the Széll Kálmán tér (Buda), where you can change into other public transport.

We plan to provide you with an information package, which also includes a bus ticket, to facilitate the first visit to the city. Our staff speak several foreign languages. City visits can be organized on request.
