Forty thousand square meters full of orange, fig, mulberry, olive and nut trees, create a pleasant and shady environment where you can choose a place yourself.

The campsite is situated directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Mavrobouni, as the beach is 5 km long, it will never be crowded.
Electricity connections are available anywhere, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay. The power grid has been completely renewed in 2011, which makes it safer and more efficient.

There are no pitches and you can park your car near your tent or caravan. For large and long campers there are shady spots under high trees available too.
Since 2013 there are limited places overlooking the sea on the right side of the camp, near the children's playground.

Dogs under supervision are welcome.

Mavrovouni beach - Windsurfing - Kitesurfing

After 12:00 the windsurf lovers will come together, as the wind will be strong enough to surf on your surfboards at west wind towards Crete. It is a breathtaking experience, even for those who are on the beach just to watch it. Very close to the beach there is a place where the windsurfers can wash and store their gear. A surf school is 500 meters away from the campsite, where Thodoris rents out surfing equipment. Windsurfers should always stay away from swimmers.

Other options and facilities

Our playground next to the pool is equipped with swings, slide, seesaw and roundabout where children like to spend their time with fun and games.

In the women's showers are options for baby care and child seats.

2 easy to use automatic washing machines, with a temperature range of 45C or 65C for all guests are available in our laundry room to clean your clothes during holiday time. Please ask for a coin at the reception.

We offer options for disposing of grey water and travel toilets and the possibility to refill with fresh water.

On our campsite there is a newly renovated communal kitchen from 2015, equipped with hot and cold water at the sink, 4 double gas stove flames and 2 fridges, so that our guests can easily cook outside their campers too.

There are three large washing areas, each with four washing sinks with hot water.

Periodically there are electrical boxes with 4 sockets in the square. The electricity has a power of 220V and 16A. Once connected, you will have a power supply, as you know it from home.

WI-FI is available around our cozy lounge, where you can find books, magazines, DVDs and can borrow games. In addition, we offer Satellite TV (Hotbird & Astra). WI-FI is free in public areas of the campsite.

At the campsite there are 4 bath houses, each with 13 showers and 16 toilets per sex. Each building offers hot water, hairdryer and sockets. Outside the building, there are options for washing clothes and dishes with hot water too.

For disabled people there is a special set up for you: 2 toilets / showers with private access. For the key of these toilets, you should ask at the reception.

Starting in the morning with breakfast. There is a choice of various omelets, freshly baked croissants (butter or chocolate), homemade jams, fresh orange juice and various types of coffee at the bar.

Our renovated kitchen offers a huge variety and tasty menu with a selection of traditional Greek dishes and modern snacks.

Next stop in the south (for the winter): Crete or Cyprus / All year round there is a ferry from Mavrovouni via Kithira and Andikithyra to Crete / not on the internet !!
