Camping Legjenda is the ideal solution for those who want to live surrounded by nature. The camping is 10 minutes walk from the city center, it is located right opposite the Castle of Rozafa, next to the river Buna.

It is within easy reach on Shkodra's attractions, the Shkodra Lake, the Velipoja beach overlooking the Adriatic Sea or the Alps, so close to the major tourist attractions.

The structure, newly designed, with an area of 10,000 square meters, 60 parking spaces and 2,000 square meters of forest has many spaces for tents, caravans and trailers, with equipment from the simplest to the richest and with all amenities.

Pitches at Camping Legjenda open all year round

The 60 spacious pitches at Camping Legjenda with green grass, are all equipped with electricity. Each caravan, camper or tent, is quite close from the two groups of bathrooms with washing machines, dryers, ironing boards and a children's bathroom, designed for their needs. In addition, we have created an area suitable for children, a playground and a swimming pool. The camping has adequate sport facilities including one volleyball court, one football field and two table tennis.

Special Albanian Dishes at the Restaurant Legjenda

Our restaurant-pizzeria Legjenda, with over 10 years of experience in the restaurant business, is close to the campsite and is open to the public all year round. The dining room, whose walls are painted with frescoes, is cooled with air-condition. Just at the entrance to the restaurant of Camping Legjenda you will find a Scutarian garden-style of 6,000 square meters: the perfect place to spend pleasant hours in the green, tasting excellent dishes of traditional local cuisine, without renouncing the real Italian pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, along with a very good rotisserie and other specialties; otherwise you can use a griddle on a charcoal grill and enjoy the day with your friends. The bar is always at your disposal.

Family run try to fullfill all needs of Campers

A small supermarket with all your camping needs is at your service and offers all the necessities as various food, vegetables, milk and bread, souvenirs and toys.
The reception of Camping Legjenda, with the warm welcome provided by friendly family management, will be happy to help you organize day trips in and outside Shkoder and enjoy your stay. We can offer you guided tours to visit the Rozafa Castle, to discover Shkodra Lake or Koman Lake. Our staff is at your disposal to help you organize your travels at the best and anything else that might interest you. We also have some material available (maps and brochures, information about the villages of the surroundings of Shkodra, etc.) that would be useful in your excursions for short trips on foot or by bicycle. We offer the possibility to book tour guides and private sightseeing tours in many destinations (hire a boat to take a trip to the lake, go fishing, sightseeing, etc.).

Whereever you come from - there is always a way to Camping legjenda

Camping Legjenda is close to the border crossing with Montenegro: Muriqan, on the road to Ulcinj, 1 km away from the Shkodra Lake (Liqeni i Shkodërs) is 18 km far from the Adriatic Sea.
From Tirana: after crossing the bridge on the river Drin, on your left you will see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Good Counsel (Kisha and Zojës së Këshillit të Mirë), just past the sanctuary, then immediately to the right.
From Muriqan: (on the border with Montenegro): after crossing the bridge on river Buna, on the right, you will see Rozafa Castle (Kështjella Rozafa), the Camping is situated in front of Rozafa Castle.
The closest major airports are Podgorica (Montenegro) 39 km away and the Tirana International Airport "Mother Teresa", 75 km away.
